Who PATH+ is for
Adults 18 and over in Arizona. You do not need to be a PATH patient or in therapy to join.
Gained weight on a medication
Some medications for mood, anxiety, sleep and other conditions cause weight gain. We work alongside the clinician who prescribes it and never ask you to stop or change it.
Eat when stressed or anxious
Your clinician helps with why you eat, not only with what the scale says.
ADHD makes plans hard to keep
Your next visit is booked before you leave. We remind you, and if you miss it, we call you.
Lost weight before and gained it back
You come in once a month and can message us in between, so one bad week does not make you give up.
Told by your doctor to lose weight
Blood sugar, blood pressure, a work physical. We track the numbers your doctor cares about and, with your permission, send results to them.
Carrying weight after a baby
Exhausted and out of time is normal. You are welcome to bring your child to any visit. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, tell us at the evaluation.
How it works
Four steps, in this order.
Evaluation
Your first visit takes about 30 minutes at our Tempe clinic. We go through your health history, the medications you take now, your weight history and your goals, and order labs if needed. We go over possible side effects before you decide, and you can message us between visits if something does not feel right. You keep taking the medications you were prescribed.
Prescription
If medication is right for you, you pick it up at your pharmacy.
Monthly check-ins
About 15 minutes at the clinic with a clinician who knows your history. We check your weight, blood pressure and side effects, and adjust the dose if needed. Booked before you leave. Secure messaging in between.
Injection help
Nervous about needles? Your first dose can be given at the clinic with someone walking you through it, and at your monthly visits if you still want it.

A clinician who knows your history
No chat queue. Your check-ins are with a PATH+ clinician who has your chart and your plan, and adjusts your dose from there.
We understand the mental health side
Individual therapy, group therapy and psychiatric evaluations are in the same building, for the stress, anxiety and ADHD that can make weight hard to keep off.
What is included

Not included: the medication itself, which you pay for at the pharmacy. We tell you the expected monthly cost at your evaluation, before you decide.

$49 for your first month, which includes the evaluation. Then $79 a month.
The medication is extra. You pay the pharmacy for it, not us, and we tell you the expected monthly cost at your first visit before you decide anything. Month to month, no contract. Cancel any time by calling or messaging us and you are not charged again. If medication is not right for you at the evaluation, the $49 is refunded.
