Conditions we treat
You do not have to know what this is, or be certain it is bad enough. If something has been going on long enough that you are reading a page like this, that is reason enough to call.
Nothing below is a test. It is a list of the things people come to us about, in the words they tend to use.

These four come up constantly, and they almost always travel with one of the eight above rather than arriving on their own. There is no separate page for them; bring them to the call.
Burnout and work stress. Running on empty, and not remembering when that started.
Sleep problems. A mind that will not close at night, or waking at four and staying awake.
Life transitions. A move, a divorce, a new baby, a parent who needs care.
Anger and irritability. A shorter fuse than you want, with the people you least want it with.
Not on the list?
Neither list is the limit. Plenty of people arrive with something that does not have a tidy name, or with several things at once.
Call and describe it in your own words. Whoever picks up will tell you honestly whether this is the right place, and if it is not, where to try instead.
